1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AI Innovators ("Snaap", "we", "us") covering your use of the Snaap mobile application (the "App") and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you accept these Terms. If you don't accept, please don't use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Snaap. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use Snaap only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Your licence to use Snaap
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
- Use the App to violate the law or anyone's rights.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Snaap is free to download. Some features ("Snaap Pro") require a paid subscription:
- Billing. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Free trial. If we offer a free trial, your subscription begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Cancellation. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Snaap. After cancellation you keep Pro features until the current period ends.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policy. Where local consumer law gives you a refund right (e.g. EU withdrawal right), we honor it.
- Price changes. If we change the price we'll notify you in-app or by email before the change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.
5. Your content
Snaap processes screenshots and other photos that live on your device. You own them and they stay on your device — see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the legality of the content on your phone. Don't use Snaap to manage content you don't have the right to possess.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third party's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of the App or its servers.
- Interfere with another user's enjoyment of the App.
- Circumvent subscription, trial, or licence restrictions.
7. Intellectual property
The App — including its name, logo, design, code, copy, and visual elements — is owned by AI Innovators and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
8. Third-party services
Snaap relies on Apple's iOS frameworks (Core ML, Vision, PhotoKit) and the Apple App Store for distribution and subscription management. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's own terms. We are not responsible for changes Apple makes to its platform.
9. Updates & changes to the App
We release updates from time to time. Updates may add, change, or remove features. We may stop supporting older iOS versions or older devices. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the App entirely.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Snaap's reminders and suggestions (voucher expiry, duplicates, "saved but never reopened" hints) are heuristics. They are not perfect and should not be relied upon for time-sensitive or financially consequential decisions. Always verify the underlying screenshot yourself.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Innovators and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or in connection with the App. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 25.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that exposes us or others to legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or via email. Continued use of the App after the change means you accept the new Terms.
