What to include in a bug report

If you're reporting a bug, the following details help us reproduce and fix it quickly:

  1. Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
  2. The Snaap version (Settings → About inside the app).
  3. What you tapped right before the issue happened.
  4. What you expected vs. what actually happened.
  5. A screenshot or screen recording if possible.

Mailing address

For postal correspondence (legal, press kits, partnership contracts), include "Attn: Snaap" in your envelope and email us first at support@aiinnovators.pro so we can confirm the receiving address.
