A few quick links that solve the most common questions faster than email can:
- Is Snaap really on-device? → See the FAQ or our Privacy Policy.
- How do I cancel Pro? → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Snaap → Cancel.
- How long does indexing take? → ~7 minutes for 200 screenshots on iPhone 13 or newer.
- Android support? → Not planned — our AI uses Apple's Neural Engine.
What to include in a bug report
If you're reporting a bug, the following details help us reproduce and fix it quickly:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- The Snaap version (Settings → About inside the app).
- What you tapped right before the issue happened.
- What you expected vs. what actually happened.
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible.

For postal correspondence (legal, press kits, partnership contracts), include "Attn: Snaap" in your envelope and email us first at support@aiinnovators.pro so we can confirm the receiving address.
